Rowan Sapling | Yarner Wood | Original Watercolour | 225 x 300 mm

Painted on location at Yarner Wood, Dartmoor ( an SSSI site, Site of Special Scientific Interest). Amongst the ferns, this little Rowan sapling was breaking through. This piece holds the energy of this beautiful location, painted with water from the stream.

Overall size is 22.5 x 30 cm. Painted on 300gsm smooth textured watercolour paper, with light fast mineral pigment artisan pan Deep Deep Light watercolours. The artwork is signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. All IP (Intellectual Property) remains with the Artist.

The paper was stretched on a block, however there is some slight cockling (waving) of the paper.
